MEET TRACY & AMANDA
We're Tracy and Amanda, two sisters who are passionate about bringing you a beautiful collection of products for living, home and play. We would love to welcome you to Pink Lemonade, the home of Happy Shopping.
It’s always been Amanda’s dream to manage her own shop and when she found gaps in the Foxton market, she knew she’d found the perfect place to bring her dream to life. She loves everything about shopping, from researching cool, new products, supporting local businesses and connecting with suppliers to get our orders just right for all of our awesome customers. Amanda lives in Palmerston North with her husband and daughter, and they’ve enjoyed coming to their little bach in Foxton Beach for more than 10 years now. Amanda’s creative flair and passion for excellence have made Pink Lemonade the beautiful store it is today.
Tracy does a fantastic job of keeping on top of the day to day running of our shop! She enjoys connecting with our customers, processing our online orders and keeps our regular brands well stocked. Tracy lives in Foxton Beach with her husband and 3 children, and loves the flexibility of co-owning her own business as it fits perfectly around her busy family life. She and the family enjoy getting away in their caravan or pottering around home with their dog and 3 chickens. She has lots of fun working in the shop during the week and looks forward to meeting you when you visit us in store.
OUR STORY
We began our first business, Uptown Junk in 2017 and joined the Not So Shabby Collective in Foxton in 2019. As our range of products evolved, so did our need for more space. We branched out in February 2021, rebranded and opened our current store, Pink Lemonade. We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our family and friends who helped us to get Pink Lemonade to where it is today and continue to support us on our exciting adventure.
Pink Lemonade’s range of products for living, include clothing from Homelee, Stella+Gemma, Federation, Augustine and Hello Friday. We have a range of beautiful Louenhide handbags and wallets, and a gorgeous selection of jewellery, sunglasses, socks and accessories.
Our products for home include the fabulous David Trubridge Lighting, Ashley & Co and Ecoya Candles, Diffusers, Hand Creams and Body Care products, Ceramics from Ned Collections, Weave Cushions, Arnold Circus Stools, Fouta Towels, Beldi Glassware, indoor plants and a range of planters and vases. We also stock furniture from Furniture By Design and can order from their full range so if there is anything you need, please contact us for more information.
We have lots of fun options for children who love to create, including our Seedling Craft Kits and our Nebulous Stars range. Our National Geographic STEM Kits are very popular, as are our range of games, puzzles and soft toys. You’re sure to find the perfect gift idea or tick off your birthday present shopping list at Pink Lemonade.
MEET OUR TEAM
Emily is our online expert and enjoys maintaining our website, being creative when making social media posts, and the challenge of figuring out how to do all the technical stuff that goes on behind the scenes. She lives in Foxton Beach and loves taking photos on her sunset beach walks. You can even find a selection of her prints in store!
Susan (our Mum) is always there to support us, whether it’s helping out in the shop, looking after the kids or sharing in our joy when we reach new milestones in the business. She is thoroughly enjoying being retired, travelling around in her caravan and helping to take care of all her grandchildren.
